Victor Mercier
A committed and passionate chef, Victor Mercier trained at leading Michelin-starred restaurants in France and abroad before opening FIEF in 2019. A finalist in Top Chef 2018, he champions responsible, creative cuisine that is deeply rooted in French terroir. In 2022, he received his first Michelin star for FIEF and was awarded the Young Chef of the Year prize by the Michelin Guide France.
